PFL Credits Terms

These terms apply to PFL Credits offered through the PFL Blockchain platform operated by Project Future LLC ("Project Future," "we," or "us"). By purchasing or using PFL Credits, you agree to these terms.

What PFL Credits are

PFL Credits are digital platform credits for use with features and services that we make available on the PFL platform. They are not money, a bank deposit, an investment, or a claim against Project Future LLC. They do not represent equity, and they have no cash value. PFL Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or used to make payments outside the platform.

Purchases and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars before you confirm checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Credits are added to the wallet associated with your signed-in account after we receive and verify confirmation of payment. Do not close or repeatedly submit checkout while a payment is processing.

Use, transfers, and expiration

PFL Credits may only be used for supported platform features. They are non-transferable between users, may not be resold, and do not expire. We may change or discontinue platform features, subject to applicable law and these terms.

Refunds

Purchases are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Account and availability

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity conducted through it. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.
